Toilet( WC) bowl got choke,water can not drain off,stayed there for the whole day,how to DIY to clear the choke or what liquid to buy off the shelves from supermarket to get the problem solve.

go buy yourself a toilet plunger (plumbers helper) from the nearest hardware store, some groceries have them too. This should go it.

try a metal coat hanger, bend it to shape to go round the trap and push back and forth until blockage goes. after which flush the toilet several times to ensure the blockage doesn't settle further down the line..

clorox it will dissolve the paper pretty quick
