Breasts are made up of the milk glands and ducts, and fatty tissue. You can't reduce the glands and ducts other than by surgery, but you can reduce the fatty tissue by getting your overall weight lower - but stay in the safe BMI zone. If you're an adult, go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/. If you're under 20, go to http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html. Enter your present information and click on the Calculate button. For adults, if your BMI is over 20, you can safely lower your weight to give a BMI as low as 18.5. For kids, check the graph on the webpage to get your safe range - it depends on your age. For example, a 16-year-old girl can have a safe BMI as low as 17.5. Play with the weight figures so that you have a definite weight target to shoot for (and don't go beyond it).

You might be able to lose some of your breast size if you were to do general fat burning exercises, like running or biking. If you have large breasts you may not be able to get them much smaller, it's genetic! (Unless you have some extra weight all over, then you can fix it by losing weight!)

Well, I think losing weight in general is the safest and healthiest way to trim down the size of anything, even breasts. Good luck with that.

The only way see is by get slimmer (if you aren't already) because when you lose fat, you lose it everywhere in you body. but other than that, I doubt you can do it.

Afterall, why do you want to do this? All women love big breasts, and so do men. Unless you want to make them looking fit. Exercice might help.

In the 1920's in the era of the flappers and the very boyish looks for women, women used to wrap bandages around their chest.

This had the effect of flatterning the profile and achieving the flat chested look.

Workout the chest region but may make it small and musclar.
