I don't believe there is such as thing as ONE and only one person for each of us. However I do believe you can find another you really get along with but, I would go by the Chinese not Western Horoscope. If you really want to find someone you really hit it off with.

Well I am a Cap and I find that Virgo, Scorpio,Pisces and Taurus are good. Virgo can seem to clingy, but they are a breeze to talk to. Scorpio seems to have a certain kind of connection hard to explain. Pisces are very warm just like Taurus.

I'll say a water sign would go with a Capricorn. Cancer,Pisces,or Scorpio.
