I would say the P5K Deluxe, it is supposed to have some type of memory speed enhancement from ASUS built in, although I have my doubts as to how much of an affect that really has. As far as stability, the two are pretty much equal. Honestly if you have no intention of using multiple GPUs, you are overspending a bit by purchasing either of these two, but I would go with the P5K Deluxe like I said.

p5k deluxe all the way, it will save power also considering you aren't adding many features.
