Great, great question. The best I've seen all day! =D
Anyway, I think I'd ask me if I ever got lonely and if I needed a friend. Then, I'd proceed to give myself a hug and tell me that I was gonna turn out fine.
I was going to be a healer, and I would make a lot of friends, as well as enemies, especially on the internet.
And as far as love goes, I'd say to myself that you will definitely meet who you need to in the future. Just be patient!

Just to go to another direction and that get all opportunities that live offer and never give up of the most important things like...University, family, money, love and to try to be more rich then I'm now.

I think I would tell myself to not just hear what people say to me but to listen to what they say. I may not think at 5 yrs old it is important but maybe in the years to come, it will be important to remember.

People are always going to find you weird, embrace it
Appreciate your grandma as much as you can
Eat as much dairy as possible, in a decade it will make you sick
Chase the guys on the playground all you want now, they're not the same when they get older...

Eat right...and go to college and have a great time...dont worry about guys right now because you will find the right one...just let everything happen and you will love it for the most part.....
