Hey gus:

That has happened to me, but I don't just not answer it, I change my answer until I like it because there was something in the question that got my attention the first time I read it. So to be true to myself, I still do answer it.

Be safe and be well

To be honest, I don't usually change anything. Once it's there, it stays.
I have only changed an answer once. That was on a question from a contact that I had gotten to know really well. I took the answer off because I felt bad about my answer. I had answered when I was upset and it wasn't fair to the asker.

Yes, usually when I have second thoughts about whether or not my answer will be well received or if it's not worth my time to submit it. People report any and everything these days.

Actually, I get hooked by the tagline then go to the question and after I read the rest of the information for it, I decide not to answer it!!

Yep, that happens the longer I take to answer. I even open a new browser to answer other questions and end going back to that one and decide to close and forget about it.

Yes, I do it a lot. Mainly because my answer is a little too insulting and I decide I don't want to be mean!
