I believe it means that no matter how difficult the task, we have a greater being behind us. Whether it be your spirit, or GOD if your religious. It can be interpreted in many different ways.

whatever task, challenge or obstacles we meet in our way just remember it is there because we can handle it. All problems have a solution. Never say "never or I can't handle it" in front of a problem because our ability or potential to handle that problem is twice as intense or powerful in terms of magnitude.
