Like if the compound/substance is composed of at least one metal element, then that substance conducts electricty?

No, just because a compound has metal in it doesn't mean it can conduct electricity. Not all metal elements are conductors.

No, because elements loose there properties when they become a compound. They have to be ions to conduct electricity.

it depends. if the compound has metal on the inside but something else on the outside, then it wont cunduct electricity. but if it is the other way around the it will.

definitively no. Many metal oxides are conductive, but there is plentiful of examples of metal oxides which are non.conductive. (i.e. ceramics),
