Ok I know that I have an ulcer but I haven't been to the doctor for it yet. Well tonight I have been having really bad pains in the pit of my stomach that will come and go.. mostly for about a minute or 2 and they will subside and come back about 10 mins later or so. The pain radiates from my stomach to my back and throat. It also feels like I have a lump in my throat a little bit. It hurts pretty bad and I have taken some antaicids and drank alot of water. I am pretty sure its my ulcer... what do you think?

The lump in your throat worries me. I have read about this. It could be your gall bladder. Though I forget what the lump means.... sorry. But, because you said it is radiating to your back and throat, I think it is more then the ulcer. Please go to a doctor and speak with them about this. Probably the antacids won't keep working, if it is gall bladder. Seek help.

Sounds like what my ex felt like years ago when her ulcer perforated. Antacids are about the worst thing you can be taking, if that is the case. You need a doctor right now.
