Not at all. Bodybuilding building will help you get in shape. Have you ever been to a bodybuilding competition? They always have seniors show how great they still look. Get a copy of Muscle Magazine. It is never too late to start just be sure you have a trainer. Happy pumping.

Yes, whatever that might be. You seem to be a sensible man who should live out the remaining days thoroughly feeding you appetites and any minor vices and accept what comes in complete comfort. You've experience what the world has to offer. Cannot keep covering the same path forever. That would become boring. Wrote a play about that. Do you know which one?

Maybe not professionally, but it is never too late to get yourself in shape. See a doctor first and start out slow. Many books and web pages can help with diet and exercise plans.

I doubt it. I read an article of a 70 year old grandmother who took up bodybuilding. I think she was the healthiest 70 year old I had ever seen.

There's a group of men in their 60's and 70's who are cancer survivors that had unhealthy lifestyles. They now participate in cross country bicycle races. It's never too late.
