Some may say, "why is life not happy with me." But why question happiness, when happiness is what you do to make your life happy.

Because (1) 50% of all adults have below-average intelligence; (2) while it is certainly true that all conservatives are stupid, it is still true that all stupid people are conservative; (3) every citizen gets one full vote, even when his/her brain is only half full; (4) voters with enough brains can't get enough facts to make a good decision.
Proof: the Current Occupant of the Oval Office decided to use clueless troops to install military bases in an oil-rich region inhabited by warring religios sects who would fight over the oil if somone would just get rid of Sadaam Hussein.

Happiness is an illusion.
In some moments I'm unhappy just because I'm hungry and in others being hungry is the reason to be happy.

i'm happy bcoz i'm satisfied with my life...
i don't complain bout the bad things that happen to me..
i just face them when they come cuz i know that there's this all-powerful guy called God who would help me out of any difficult situation..
so, just believe in God and be satisfied with whatever you have now..
and, God will reward you later..

A philosophy of now dwelling (thinking).
Now dwelling on the past -- good or bad. No dwelling on the future -- good or bad. Now dwelling on the present -- good or bad. No dwelling on what someone said or did. No dwelling on what i said or did. Now dwelling on what should be and what shouldn't be. No dwelling on what I have and don't have. No dwelling on what I can and can't do. I think the pattern is observable.
It is difficult to be happy when one is dwelling/thinking.
