She is really cute and i dont know how i can get an agent to see if there is anything out there for her. i dont want to pay the agent money up front, because a lot of them are scams. i live in LA so everything is already here. if any one can recomend somebody or something i would really appreciate it!

No 14-month-old child NEEDS to be on TV. A toddler doesn't care. You're the one who needs her to be on TV.
You start by looking up psychologists in the Yellow Pages. The sooner you realize that you shouldn't use your kid(s) to fulfill your dreams, the better they're off.

Maybe you should start her off with modeling to see if she'd be interested in TV. Babies still make lots of dough doing JCPenny catalogs.
