Is it a true portrayal of life on the upper east side?

Just finished the book and want to see the movie, mainly because of Scarlett Johanssen. She is such a good actress and being gorgeous helps, too. From what I have read about nannies in New York, it seems to be a pretty good indication of how some families treat both their children and the their help.

I just saw it today!
According to some people, a lot of people live like that in nice parts of Manhattan. If anyone has ever seen the movie "Little Manhattan", its the same thing.
Many kids are taken care of by nannies, though I'm not sure if its a 24/7 thing, and I doubt all parents treat their kids like that.
