P.S. I also sometimes drive without shoes on, excede the speed limit, and often i don't stop for a full 3 seconds at a stop sign. For THAT i should be fined.

Yes you can. Look in the owners manual and it is described how to do it.

No lecture from me. This is America and it is your right to do as you want.

Go to this site and on the left click owners manual and you can download a users manual for your car, if you don't have the owners manual anymore.

Put your seatbelt on and you won't have to worry about it.
