Well listen I am sure he knew you meant the nuts in the store. Don't worry about it. Things like this happen everyday. It's one of those things you have to laugh off. OOPS!

Heck no I wouldn't be embarrassed. I would probably deadpan it too - look totally serious and then once I left the store - then I'd crack up laughing.
I have a bumper sticker that says *Embarrassing my children is a fulltime job* - Love It!

I'm sure that must have been very embarrassing but the guy has probably heard it so many times that he doesn't even think about it. I know I would have turned beet red! Now that that has been said, that's too funny!! LOL Smile about it now, it's over!!
