I need to mail out about 60 or so letters. Just wondering if the cost will be less than .041 cents each since there is so many.

The post office does have bulk mailing permits, but there's a substantial annual cost for the permit, and a minimum of 200 pieces per mailing for letters. So sounds like you are stuck for the 41 cents each.

There are discounts for bulk mail, but I don't think that you have enough pieces to qualify. I would check out the postal service's web site for topics like: bulk mail, presorted first class mail, etc.
