I would pass and not go. its sad when this wouldhappen. there is nothing sometimes to help the individual unless they want it but sometimes you can talk them out of the keys and drive them home that would be the first reaction to try and then if that didn't work i would just not get in cause you maybe the next one hurt in this type of situation.

Been there done that too many times. Not fun. I have taken keys and gotten into fights over that more times than I care to admit.

If they were simply another passenger I would make sure the windows were open ~ in case of sudden sickness.
If they were driving, I'm walking!
