Though a miscarriage can be a very frightening and difficult experience, most women go on to have another successful pregnancy. It is important to wait until you are fully recovered before you try to conceive again.
Recovery really depends upon your own physical and emotional state. Women who were further along in their pregnancies when they miscarried may require a longer recovery time. Typically, recovery takes sometime between a few weeks and a few months; your period will likely return after about a month or so. Once you have had a couple of regular menstrual cycles, it is safe for you to try to conceive again.
Emotional recovery is just as important as physical recovery, though, and can take longer than your physical recovery. Many women and men need time to grieve their loss. While you may feel physically ready to try to conceive again, take the time to work through your emotions surrounding your pregnancy loss before becoming pregnant again.
ALSO WITH WITH OVULATION YOU MAY EXPERIENCE#
Some women may experience some pain during the time of ovulation called Ovulation pain or also popularly called Mittelschmerz among medical fraternity. This pain can occur before, during or after the ovulation period in your menstrual cycle.
Sometimes this pain can be confused with the pain caused by appendicitis. The pain is usually centered around the lower right side of the abdomen and can last from a few hours to days.
Ovulation pain is not the best method to tell you about the time of ovulation because it doesn't necessarily manifest in all women. However if it does occur regularly every month it can alert you to the occurrence of ovulation.
HOPE THIS HELPS AND GOOD LUCK TINA

Contrary to what one person said, you don't have to wait a year. I had a very early miscarriage in early May, and the doctor said I didn't have to wait to try again. Ask your doctor if you're not sure.
Depending on how many days your cycle is (from first day of bleeding till the day before the first day of bleeding the following month), you should be able to determine when you ovulate. Did you have sex around the time of ovulation? I don't think back pain and leg pain are symptoms of pregnancy if that's your question. Besides, that's too early to feel symptoms anyway.

The egg-white discharge means you are ovulating. It is not the same as having a period. You should wait a full year after a miscarriage before trying again. Your body needs rest and time to heal itself. Good luck.

You mean August 21 and August 31? Wait until September 20th to take a test.. The back pain might be pregnancy.

After asking the question 4 times, if you haven't gotten a good answer, you won't get one, especially with your spelling. Go to a website where you put the date of your last period in and it'll tell you when you ovulate.

if u have taken a test and says u r pregnant then u could be having another miscarridge
if your test results r saying negative and u still arent sure go to the hospital and have them do a blood test they r always 100% right
if that stil comes out negative then u might have cysts in or on your ovaries

i think u really need to visit some health professionals to advice u with this..
It really doesnt mean ur pregnant if ur experiencing all the symptoms of pregnancy... u might just interpret things psychologically because u really want to be pregnant....
but this may also be real.... so my advice is for u to check with ur OB/ doctor...
hope u'll have a very pleasant day...... good luck with ur plans to be preggy....
