Did the people of the United States vote Bush for president for a second time so that he could not run for president again ? If not tell what was the reason?

50 Million (from poor red states) of the 300 Million citizens voted for him, because the rest of the country was to lazy or busy to go to the voting booth.

It was Kerry vs Bush, I'd rather not vote for someone who hates his country, spit on his fellow service men, almost killed one of the men under his command and threw away his purple hearts to spite his country. Oh I'm sorry those weren't "his" were they? My bad.

By law Bush can only serve two terms in office.
That law was changed after FDR's Administration. FDR was elected to 4 terms.

no they voted him into office again because he is doing a good job expecially when it comes to the economy yes the war may not be doing as good as it could but that is mostly the congress not letting him have more soldiers, and the supplies they need since they have like a third of the supplies they need and are short on about everything they need

Bush is STILL in Office- because he represents the current state of "Intelligence" in this Country; & THAT'S "Intellectually Challenged". Heaven help us.
