walmart maybe, ummm superstore (unless you're from the USA, superstore is canadian but i'm sure theres something like it out there). try stores like that, they might come in those packages.

Just cruising through here and didn't think I would answer anything. Go to Japan! Or, almost as good, to to the web site.
The first is the main page for japanese stuff and the second will take you to "LOOSE SOCKS". Some of the socks are almost 4 feet long. Some cute pics of people wearing this stuff. There is also glue you can get to keep the socks in place.
Check the snacks and stuff too. Unfortunately they do not have Calbee Grill-a-corn cheese and bacon flavored corn things. Sort of like cheetos, not the puffy ones, and they are soooooo good.

Walmart should have them. If not there is plenty places that stock knee high socks. Hot Topic has a wide variety in the knee high socks not sure if they have any white ones though. Any major store should stock them though such as Target, Walmart, and ect.

You might want to check at Target. I know they have a bunch of really cute ones their. I bought some plain black ones and some black argiles.
