Youngblood was traded and managed to have hits for two different teams on the same day, but they were not opponents in a doubleheader.

But the answer is Yes -- two players, in fact. On 30-May-1922, the Chicago Cubs were hosting the St. Louis Cardinals in a DH. After the first game (Cubs 4 - Cardinals 1), the Cubs shipped RF Max Flack to the other locker room for Cards CF Cliff Heathcote (who played RF in the second game). The Cubs won again anyway, 3-1.

I was at a Cleveland Indians-Washington Senators doubleheader in 1969 when the Indians traded outfielder Lee Maye to Washington between games.

Yeah, I remember Youngblood. Played a day game on the East Coast, then traded to the Giants(?) and played a night game on the West Coast.

Can't think of the guy's name, but he got traded between games of a doubleheader. Played game 1 for one team, game 2 for the other.

As a stunt, just before he died, Buck Owen played 1 AB for KC, then was "traded" and played 1 AB for the other team.

I think Wil Nieves was traded during the DBL Header against Tampa Bay earlier this season.

YES I remember a dude got traded to the Twins and I think he was on the Mets (but they're NL, so that's unlikely). For some reason Doug Mienkiewicz comes to mind...
