Is there anything I should look into before getting a paint job on my car ? And any good places in Houston Are

I know it's a stretch, but I want it pink. I have a mustang

any place you go to make sure their going to use a good quality paint on it,and do a good job, I'm not familiar with Houston,but any place make sure the don't do a cheap job on it if they do it will peel and flake off in no time,just be sure and get what your paying for ,a good job,because its going to cost you ,to get that one painted,probably around 1500 bucks at the least,good luck with it.

Check out several. have you visited a paint store for the exact color pink you want? Do that, so you know what your getting and the painter can order. I am not sure how many store are in the Houston areas. But check out as many as you want.

To change the color a lot of work is involved. Do you want the door jams done? or just an exterior? We would charge a minimum of 6,000.00 to do this kind of job. That's taking everthing apart all bodywork,paint,clear,ect.That's jambed show ready paint.

You're looking at 3,000 and up, depending on how much of the old paint they cover and how good of a job they do. If you want the door openings, trunk, under hood all done so it doesn't look like someone just slapped a cheap paint job on it then you're looking at a lot more. Before you do it you need to understand that, changing the color, will drop the value of the car when it's time to sell
