Why is this Irish pagan holiday your favorite? I seem to like it, though, I 've thought about it alot why I like, yet , I dont celebrate it, bt for some reason i find it a very comfortable holiday. I'm not sure if its the colors, the type of holiday in that it has to do with spritism and the dead, but for some very odd reason I like the holiday and I dont know why.

One thing I forgot to add is that its my favorite above Xmas , Independence Day and Thanksgiving. Maybe I like haunted houses.

I love Halloween. it's fun and you get to dress and act as someone else for a day.
I also love to be scared. I love scary movies and reading Stephen King books.
I love Halloween more then any other holiday.
I start thinking about Halloween and how I'm going to decorate, and the party and costume in August.
As soon as the decorations are out I'm buying them.
I buy at least $100 worth of new stuff every year.
I love to make up the goody bags for the children and to see their cute costumes and smiles when I hand them a bag of treats.
It's so much more fun then any other holiday.
To tell the truth I don't look forward to Christmas at all. It's not fun anymore. Everyone always expecting more and more and the fun of Christmas has been lost to commercialism. We have lost the Christ in Christmas. I plan on buying very little this year.

Certainly can't tell you why it's your favorite holiday, that's your issue to deal with. but I love halloween. It's fun holiday. I don't look at it as a pagan holiday, I look at it as a fun day, a day to get dressed up, get a lot of candy, get to gether with friends, watch a great parade, go out for a great meal, it's just a great holiday, true time to have fun.

I love Halloween! I love dressing up in costume and taking my son, trick or treating.. or just passing out candy... Whatever we may feel like doing. I love Halloween parties, and i love the colors, and carving pumpkins... I love the scary movies, and all the fuss. Its just a great night, for most!

i love theater makeup, and love dressing up. it's my favorite holiday. i don't think of the "irish pagan" part of it. i love morbid things, and always have. i'm 29, and i still dress up.

I Love halloween! I have no clue why I like it so much but I just like all of it! Expecially my parties!!
