Need to identify the changes required for Australian workers to have work/life balance. What systems are in place at the moment and how do they benefit the employee/employer? Do Australian workers enjoy too many benefits?

You won't like the answer. It might be hard to work in to a paper. Everyone wants to be happy. You do your best work in that frame of mind. Now Emotional Intelligence is being used for work situations. Andrew Carnegie said that, he would not keep an employee with the wrong attitude. I have a lot of info on my profile by clicking on my picture. Read a few paragraphs on Emotional Intelligence. It applies much more than you will probably realize as to future conditions, how they will turn out and current problems and solutions. The problem is systemic and can only be handled at the core.
