Try steven25t's suggestion first.

Sounds like dried ink cartridges.

If you have the HP software installed on your computer, there is usually a maintenance procedure included in the application.

Check your manual for maintenance information - it may be on-line or on the CD that came with the All-in-one.

You stated you have not used it very much.

You should print 1 sheet per week that uses all three colours and the black. This helps to prevent the ink cartridges from drying out. Make up a document with lines of each colour and black. Save it and call it up once a week and print it.

You can try to clean the jets by removing the cartridges and soaking them in warm water for 10 or 15 minutes. Dry them by patting with a paper towel, klennex, etc. Do not rub them with any type of paper as it is abrasive and will damage them.

Re-install the cartridges and print the test page I suggested you to make. this may have to be repeated numerous times.

If this does not work, replace the cartridges.

Good Luck.
