Tampon and overnight pads. You can also place an old towel or blanket underneath you to protect the bedding.

This is something just about every woman has been through. If you aren't wearing tampons yet, just wear the biggest, longest, widest pad you can find at the store (they even make ones for "nighttime" use that are extra huge), wear undies you don't care about, and put a towel down over your sheets under where your hips will be while you're sleeping (to keep the blood off your sheets and mattress).

If you're wearing tampons, you might have a bit more luck because then you can use a super-absorbent tampon AND the nighttime pad and you've got a double-whammy of protection going on.

As you get older, your periods will probably even out and lighten up a bit, so hopefully you won't have to deal with this forever! But it's totally normal and everybody's been through it (including your mom!), so just try not to worry so much about it!

Don't worry! It's best to ware a heavy duty pad at night and set your alarm clock for 4 hours in your sleep so you can wake up and change. Tampons really help and when you start using those always use a pad at the same time just to be safe.if the alarm clock does not work you can always sleep with 2 pads on. I did it! You can too! :D p.s. take midol.

Ok, I'm assuming you're referring to not being able to get up to change a tampon. I would recommend you just don't wear a tampon at night. Use an overnight pad. That way you don't have to worry. Just put a towel under you in case of bleeding through.

You should be ok if you buy some special over night pads. They are longer and thicker. Never wear a tampon to bed because it could cause toxic shock syndrome.

you don't need to get up in the night to change your pad simply buy the goodnight pads from Libra and have a shower in the morning to keep fresh down there, good luck
