You should go to the Center for Disease Control (CDC). That will have lots of info for you. Just google it!

Have you tried going to Yahoo or Google and searching? Aren't most health programs designed to decrease mortality? I would think any program to fight a major disease would be all about decreasing mortality. Like all the research on HIV/AIDS, isn't that all about reducing the death count?
