Of course there is.
A person that hasn't given consent to sex would be cruel and disgusting and against the law.
People that are not clean would fall in bad hygiene
And sex can be painful for some, because of some medical condition. Or other reasons.

I wouldn't be able to tell you about that whole anal sex thing from experience but from what I know medically anal sex is painful if not lubed well and plus a guy's member doesn't belong in there anyways so yea it causes problems for the woman. Do you really want diarrhea or an increased risk of infection?

of course sex can be painful if your not ready and because of some medical problem always wear a condom because you dont know where the other person been that can be very unhygienic.

sex with animals doesnt seem too hygenic, and is disgusting.
