Here we go.
The true tale of Granfather and Grandmother Clocks.

This is something of a Folktale, but also has a truth to it. The grandfather clock stood in the parlor or against the wall of the steps in many ranches and farms. The grandmother clock sat on three metal legs, a big bell on top, and was always set and wound for 4:30 A.M. so Grandmother could have Breakfast for the hands and family at 5:30 A.M.


You might want to gussy it up a bit.....but it sure is a Folktale.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by folklore. But I think some good ones would be some myth stories. Like the greek/roman ones ya know? Those are interesting. Like how Hades stole a girl for his wife or something like that?
