First would be to get them to answer the phone.

Second would be to get them to return calls when they don't answer and I have to leave a message on their voice mail.

Third would be for honest and complete repairs.

Fourth would be for meeting their repair time estimate reasonably close.

Fifth would be for them to be reasonably close to their cost estimate.

Sixth would be for them to act as though they wanted to keep me as a future purchaser of their vehicles.

If I could just get the first two from my local Jeep dealer I'd be happy. They never answer and never return calls to voice mail. Gets old having to drive up there to make an appointment.
