Politically correct? Nah, the term was "intellectually impaired" last time I looked. ^_^
Factually correct? Nah, there are retarded people out there who are *smarter* than this. I think the correct term lies somewhere between "imbecile" and "minimally conscious" at this point. He's not quite Teri Schiavo yet, but he still sucks at staying *in the lines* when he colors while Cheney does the actual work. ^_^
I think officially, for the record, you might be best off using the Resident's own phrase for this, the one he *himself* used on National Television, during a live interview when he was *grilled* over the consequences of his behavior and his addictions....
"Soft in the head." G.W. Bush's *OWN WORDS*. Or at least that's what he was caught saying about himself. No telling if he was coached, had to use simplified cue cards, or what....
I hope this was helpful. ^_^ Or at least funny. Enjoy the giggles while they last, I'm *sure* this is all Reportable according to some right-wad, somewhere....probably that same "Keith" fellow from Southwest Airlines who couldn't *cope with* an attractive woman in a skirt on "his airplane thingy". You know the type, surely....
Thanks for your time! ^_^ *lol*

Politically Correct? What the heck is that? I hate that term, But really I'm no Liberal, I love my guns, my freedom of speech, my bills of rights, my Capitalistic ways, and my Government out my life (for the most part, policeman find that crack head the stole my car and fireman save my burning house) I love this country and they are exercising the !st Amendment Right. So I do say they can call him what ever the heck they want that is their God given right. It is just their opinion. I bet ya were hoping for my opinion on Bush but i gave you the real answer you asked for.

He's not retarded. He is on the low end of the IQ scale! Mentally challenged, but not because of IQ! Of course the booze doesn't help much!
I think he had the ability to become a very smart person, but blew it at Yale. doing drugs and alcohol and is one of the most unaccomplished presidents of the last 100 years as far as reading or writing. He doesn't listen to the news, he doesn't read newspapers. I can hear the brain cells dying!
At least Hillary has an Academy Award and a best selling book, something I don't think Reagan even got! If he did it wasn't because of his performance!

I agree that the office of the President should be treated with a little respect or political correctness.
I don't have any problems when they say he is a fool or he doesn't know what he's doing....that is just personal opinion.
I do have a problem when they say that he is a putz, shrub, moron, stupid, etc. That is flaming, pointless, childlike name calling and has no purpose other than to act like a 4th grader again.
As long as someone expresses their opinion without using childish names, I don't push the report button.
For instance:
Clinton was an international embarrasement and a liar because he couldn't keep his pants on and then lied about his affair. THIS WOULD BE OKAY.
Clinton was an idiot and should be shot for cheating. He's a friggin moron and his wife is a braindead loser for staying with him. THIS WOULD NOT BE OKAY.

BTW-- People talking about "clinton" and him "cheating" its really none of your business. Look at all the celebritys that run around f**king everyone, you dont hear anyone making a big deal about that, he just got his d*ck sucked for christ sake.. Now if thats a sin, then damn thats ridiculous... I didn't see him MURDER anyone... Plus, I'm sure Mrs. Clinton knew all about it, and there were some wild three somes behind it all!

No. As someone who spend years caring for the mentally and physically disabled, it would be an insult to them. I happen to know a guy with cerebral palsy who watches c-span all day. He will poke your eyes out if you make even the slightest comparison to him and Bush (or any Republican for that matter). Bush is in a whole new league of stupid, and he has no excuse.

PC? Of course.
My opinion is that only fellow holders of a Master's Degree from Harvard have the right to judge Bush's intelligence.
