If you are seeing those kind of popups you may also have a virus. Update yourantivirus software and run a scan.

You have some type of spyware on your computer. The best thing to do is to buy yourself a spyware removal program and a good firewall to prevent it from happening in the future again.
Oh and stop using internet explorer as your main browser it has too many bugs in it. Use one of these instead.

Go to Tools, Pop-Up Blocker, Pop-up blocker settings, and set it up like you want it. It will prevent pop-ups.
Also, make sure all 3 of your antispyware programs are update (scan w/at least one every time you get off the net), 1 antivirus is updated, and your firewall is running right.
