I work with a guy who is so weird, he is single and 28 , he flirts with EVERYONE , likes the 16yr girls, goes to church to talk to his female crush who just wants to be friends, lets her walk all over him, he lets his coworkers call him girls names and he is supposed to be a shift supervisor.

As a former HR Director for 12 years I have dealt with this situation many times. So even though the asst. mgr. was friends with her before his promotion he didn't want her back. Interesting. I am guessing that he did nothing. What you are going through is sexual harassment plain and simple and the company can be sued if they choose to do nothing. Keep a note pad in your pocket if you can and document the things she says to you and who heard them date them too. If you can remember when she made her nasty remark about being pregnant write that down too. Now this is important. DO NOT ENGAGE HER. Avoid this woman. If she says something nasty walk away. You have the upper hand here. She has broken the law. Let me know what state you are in and I could give you the specific law for you state as they vary. You are strong and should not have to work in an environment such as that. Go to the manager and if he is a wimp (which he sounds like it) go to the owner or corporate if it is a chain and talk to Human Resources and file a sexual harassment complaint. Let me know if you need any more help.

If he's really doing dangerous stuff, there are places you could report him. If he's just being a pita (pain in the...) then just ignore him and do your work. Sounds like that second one to me.

The coworkers I have trouble with are the ones who think, when the supervisor is away, they become the supervisor and can tell me how to do my job. To them I want to say: Oh, zark off, wouldja?

Maybe you will be getting a better job at a place that won't put up with this non-sense. Where I work supervisors can't fraternize with their subordinates. It's fortunate you only work with this guy.

Some places what makes it hard to palate is the jerky guy is the company founder's married son.

Well people shouldnt be calling there superior names. But obviously he has esteem issues. He is trying to be liked and fit in. Is he rude to you, or are you talking about the people who are rude to him. For him I would just say that flirting in the office can be construed and sexual harrassment and he needs to stop, because it makes you uncomfortable. That usually stops them dead now adays. But if he is flirting with you alit, tell him to get a life and to grow up, then report him to the next person up on the chain of command

The best way to deal with him is to just ignore him, unless its is a business related conversation. No need for you to worry about some jerk. They are all over, and are looking for attention. Just don't give him any attention. You are at work to do a job, not to socialize. Just do what you're getting paid to do.

Make them all walk the plank.
Actually I deal with then discreetly, candidly and firmly. You have to let them know from the jump
exactly what you will and will not tolerate. Otherwise, you're a talking doormat.

Rude coworkers are a part of life - I just try to do my job and not let my coworkers get to me.

You need to take the high road...focus on yourself, your career and your problems and getting ahead in your life.

A version fo this guy is in every office of every company all around the world.

Don't let him distract you from you.
You can't fix him or change him - nor do you have any time to do it - all your time and energy should be spent on you and leave him to his own karma.

Sounds like these are his problems, not yours.
Ignore him, thats what I do with all the little girls that I work with wanting to tell me about how their lives (living at home, not paying any bills, wearing designer clothes, having no responsibilities, getting drunk constantly, etc. )
suck so bad.

If I can, i ignore that person. If it gets too bad, I will air my grievance with my immediate supervisor, or the big boss if he or she is available.
