In other words, "you should have complete faith that I love you and only you."

I'll break it down a different way.

My heart belongs completely to you.

You should believe this completely.
So you shouldn't doubt this at all.
So you shouldn't doubt this, not even for a moment.

Don't doubt, not even for a moment, THAT
My heart belongs completely to you.

My- referring to a pronoun - the person's name (noun) is not mentioned because "he" is doing the speaking....

Doubt - means to be confused, unsure

Moment - a minute or second in time

Heart - in this case - the love-heart -
speaking of emotional commitment

Belongs - to own. Expressing ownership.

Completely - all the way. Sure. Nothing missing, nothing broken.

You - in this case the person who is hearing or receiving this message.

MEANING:
Do not think, hope, or be confused that my emotions, my love, can be owned by you. (WHAT IS NOT SPOKEN: there is someone else in my life or in my heart.)

It's not just you - the sentence is difficult to understand because of the two 'negative' words (don't doubt).

This is precisely why we're encouraged to avoid double negatives (which really mean a 'positive').

Not none = some
No doubt = certainty (or Gwen Stefani!)
Not never = sometimes

It means don't think that you are not the only one in their life that they feel strongly towards. Basically you are the only one they feel that way towards.
