It's not that they can't capture OBL.
It's that to capture OBL and have him in a world court would expose the fact that OBL didn't orchestrate or conduct 9/11.

The same reason the democrats won't impeach Bush. Bush's agenda is better served with Osama planning attacks and making tapes. He can use these opportunities to remind us of 9/11 and try and stir up support because we are still angry over 9/11. The democrats want Bush in office until election night so we will not forget who we are voting against.
Personally, I think Bush and Cheney should be in jail and Osama should be laying in Saddam's grave.

At least he got Saddam. Bin Ladan was handed to Clintoon on a silver platter and didn't get him. You can thank Billy Clintoon for 9/11 too.

Why would we want to capture him? Why not just spy on him and find out all of his next moves? If we capture him, we wont know who will be in charge of planning the next attack. We obviously know where he is. There is no way we dont. We are prolly just spying on him to find out what he is planning. If we capture him, then we will have to wait until the next attack to see who is in charge of Al Qaida.
And Clinton had him, but decided to let him go. Oh well.

Because he is in the mountains of Pakistan and protected by other tribal people that like him and would warn him if their were troops coming, and we cannot invade the country of Pakistan unless you want war with them also.

GW is too busy down on the ranch trying to smoke em out of them holes and running around the country side drumming up money for the GOP. It takes him all day to get out of bed and find the light switch. About the time he gets it on, it's time to crawl back in the bed again. Poor guy can't get nothin done, cept that dye on his hair to keep it half dark.
