first let me say i am sorry to hear of the many losses you have experienced in such a short amount of time. you have a lot of stress in your life right now and that is a big cause of the high bp. so i recommend dealing with your anxiety and worry over the stress that has been happening to you. i hope you can take some time to grieve and make sure you go thru all the normal steps of the process. just love yourself and be gentle with yourself right now because this is a very hard time for you.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

This may sound crazy, but I have been reading about some water that can actually lower your blood pressure as well as help you lose weight. It's ionized, alkaline water which has been used in Japan for over 20 years. You should check out the source below and go to the "videos and articles" section of the website. I hope this helps and have a blessed day!

5 Steps You Can Follow
1. If you are a smoker, stop. Nicotine results in constriction of your arteries and increases your heart rate.
2. If you have to lose some pounds, do it; reducing blood pressure through diet and exercise normally reduces the need for medication.
3. If you love salty snack, cut it down. Salt does not cause high blood pressure in everyone, but lot of people experience trouble with it, so don’t take risk.
4. If you experience very stressful situation in your life, try to eliminate it, or learn stress management; biofeedback, meditation, and other relaxation techniques.
5. If you use alcohol to control stress, restrict its use. Though alcohol does not increase everybody’s blood pressure, but it may increase yours.

Besides garlic, fish oil, hawthorn, coleus, Coenzyme Q10 and apple cider vinegar there are quite a few others that you can find in a Yahoo search for "high blood pressure" + "natural remedies".

I learned about the "Master Antioxidant" about 4 months ago. It blows away all other antioxidants. It does a number of things for the body.

Hawthorn, garlic (uncooked or in the tablets), omega 3, 6, & 9's. Drop dairy, get exercise. These have helped me.
