Police found a five-year-old boy high on P during a raid on a drug house where methamphetamine was being cooked in a bedroom.

NZ does have a problem with P.

But its allaround the world problems with p,its not just centered on NZ.

We were reading that kind of stuff all the time when we lived in the UK. It's pretty much the norm in many 3rd-world nations, by the way. Kids dealing and taking drugs is all over Latin America and Africa, Asia.
So, not to worry mate. We're simply participating in a worldwide trend. It's just a bummer it's happening in NZ, too.

It happens allover the world.They should get fixed so they can no longer have children.In Florida,USA a charge of child endangerment is added.I've taken care of newborns that were addicts.It's a hell of a way to start a life.

that is so sad, here in the u.s. most states are controling that by making sudafed hard to buy.
