Perhaps they are as bad as each other?
Perhaps they actually are working together towards one goal?
I Mean what better way to remove some of the freedoms that americans and others have enjoyed by introducing a terrorist onto the scene
and what better way to continually add new controls to a free society by getting the terrorist to make occasional but well timed threats of more terror via video.
if you think that governments are not so sneaky then you are naive.
Bush and Blair use the same toothpaste well I think Bin Laden uses the same paste too

Neither. Bin Laden is bad and certain people in the U.S. government are bad, but not evil. Here's why.
Bad, like good, is a feeling and an action. People do disturbing and horrible things to one another, but nothing compared to evil. Mankind has yet to experience evil let alone true evil.
Evil is beyond bad. Good and bad together couldn't defeat it. the only thing that can defeat evil, is grace. Mankind, knows neither.

Eviler...is this a new word? The Government of the US is more evil. Bin Laden was just an invention of the US. If he really existed they'd have caught him by now. Afterall aren't the American military meant to be the best in the world (according to themselves)?

Well that is a tough one. See Americans vote US politicians/criminals into office so everything they do sounds good & legal but it reality it's highway robbery (but they don't blow up any buildings) but because they are voted in they get away with it & most Americans are too stupid to realize it. Bin Laden on the other hand is no doubt a criminal & because he not only caused 9/11 but would also like to nuke the US I'd say he is eviler but only by a little bit.

BL is the low point of the world party pool. "like gene pool."
US govment? Well they aint no snow whites either.
Intriguing question?
Who are all the players under or with BL? Aint just BL!
Who is the US gov? Aint just Bush!
Democracy and Capitalism: It's where the party's at. Most other ideologies of this world are lame in comparison. What drags US down is called GREED and CORRUPTION.
G & C also drag most of the other Good and Bad ideologies down as well.
Solution?
The peoples of the world must unite and figure out who is guilty of the following:
Greed. Corruption. The will to control others (Too Much).
...and fire them for poor management and or not doing their jobs correctly.

The US government does good things and bad things. The worst thing I know that it does is create dependency in many of it's citizens. The good is the humanitarian work and financial aid to less fortunate countries trying to build a democracy.
I don't know of anything that bin Laden does well, other than orchestrate terror.

In that comparison it is definitely bin Laden. There are still good people in the U.S.. If you compare bin Laden to Bush I would say Bush is much worse. Of course, if bin Laden had control of the most powerful military on the planet he might change my mind about that.

This is a trick question because we all know the bin Laden family and the Bush family have millions of dollar business transactions between them.
The answer is they are one and the same.
And all reported by the US' small-town media:

We haven't forgotten the Contras Bush.

Bin Laden, without a doubt. The United States Government (excluding that evil, psychotic bastard George Bush) has never had a definite policy of killing innocents. Bin Laden purposefully aimed at people who had nothing to do with any political goals he has. We don't kill kids. He does.

Bin Laden is more evil because he is an intolerant, anti-semitist b-st@rd who does not tolerate anybody of any religion except Islam--and even more specifically Muslims of his sect (shi'ite/suni). How ridiculous is that? If you are not Muslim, the guy will bomb you and kill you. Correction, he will have other people do it for him, because he is too much of a coward to do it himself. The US Government tolerates all religions, races, etc. and has taken in millions of refugees and imigrants from almost every country. So, it is not evil. The US Government is also enlightened enough to maintain separation of church and state.
