what do you think of the name elvis aron?...my sister loves elvis and wants to name her baby boy elvis aron.

Sorry, but I don't like it at all. Elvis Aron was the name of Elvis Aron Presley. I think it's very unoriginal and even a bit fanatical to give that name to one's son. No hard feelings -- I'm just giving my honest opinion, since you asked. :)
As a compromise, how about if your friend gave her son Elvis as a MIDDLE name? That way, her son would not be "saddled for life" with a first name of Elvis, which he might or might not like. He will have a "regular" first name, but he will have Elvis as a middle name, so your friend will still, in effect, be paying tribute to The King. :)

Why not just Aron? Its a more traditional name but spelled uniquely and it still is part of Elvis' name.

I like it, it's a lovely tribute. If it bothers him in the future, he can always go by "Aron."

Sorry but I think it's a bit much...
but if your sister think that is what she (and baby) will be happy with then it's her choice. The name that feels right in her heart is the right name.. and no one else has to like it.

Never liked Elvis so I do not like the name. But you don't name a baby to please others. You name a baby to please yourself. Tell your sis congrats!!
