i have a huge nose?

Question

i'm not just saying that.
people have said stuff.
i've never had a boyfriend.
all my friends have had atleast 2.
abotu half of them have had they're first kiss.
and i'm NOT getting surgery.
i dont like being fake.
what should i do?
should i just keep my head up high, and pretend i dont notice or care?
i try to
but it's kinda hard
when out of nowhere i here a comment about it.
so any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are people with very big noses who are absolutely gorgeous, and have so much of a charismatic personality you don't even focus on it. Look at Meryl Streep - shes gorgeous and extremely talented. She doesnt have an ideal nose...so? Shes making the most of her important assests.

Also, there are little makeup tricks you can use to detract from a large nose.

Make the eyes look larger for example
-Use shimmer in the inner corner, use white pencil on the inner rim of the eye, highlight the lashes with liner and curl the lashes before putting on mascara. If done carefully - take your time - they'll look HUGE.
-Contour the nose using light and darker foundation. Watch:

But trust me on this one, your attitude to yourself is so important. Believe that your attractive. Do things that make u feel confident, Style your hair, wear clothes that show your style, show people what your about, and without a doubt people will be attracted towards you. You may not have a nose that makes you happy, but you could have gorgeous eyes, shiny thick hair, beautiful skin or something else that people admire and are jealous of. Play it up! Make the most of it, and don't worry. Your young, and there's so much your going to experience in life. Not every guy likes a girl with soft features. Some like more strong and striking features like yours.

i don't know how old you are but maybe your face will grow some more and fit your nose better without surgery. It seems your ears nose and feet get ahead of themselves when we're growing, like puppies. Too bad we're not as cute for it. Also you can talk to the lady at the cosmetic counter in a good department store about wearing makeup to help bring out other features and to give the illusion your nose is smaller. Get get some tips, take notes of colors she suggests and purchase items when you can afford them or at walmart where it's more reasonable. Try not to feel bad, everybody goes through a kinda dorky stage, it's all in the way you handle yourself. You know yourself you won't be picking your friends and boyfriends by how big or little their nose is, nobody cares about your nose if your ok with it, it adds character, it's part of you. People are mean to say something, it's just their insecurity, they find something wrong with everybody, how can that make them feel better? I don't understand it but I think they are hoping to find enough wrong with others to be happy with things they don't like about themselves.

Everyone has something about themselves that they don't like. What really makes a person attractive is confidence. Look at Sarah Jessica Parker - she has a large nose, but she has confidence and style. Remember Jennifer Grey from Dirty Dancing? She was adorable, and her prominent nose made her unique. She did have surgery, and after that she stopped getting movie roles. She later said in an interview that she seriously regrets having it done.

What do you like about yourself? Play that up! Try giving yourself a mini makeover to boost your confidence.

I know it's hard, but try not to let other people's comments get to you. Usually when someone makes fun of other people it's because they have low self esteem. They try to make themselves feel better by making others feel worse. Don't play their game.

By the sounds of your letter you must be young so I wouldn't say to get surgery yet. When you're done growing around 19 years old you may think differently then. If you think your nose is still bigger than it should be then I would consider surgery if you don't think your attractive. I will make a big difference in the way you look at yourself. Maybe it will improve your self image.

if you part your hair on the side that will help. parting your hair in the middle splits your face in half and makes your nose look really big. aside from that and doing your makeup right, there isnt much you can do. but God made you that way and there is nothing wrong with you. dont let the things that people say get you down about yourself. Present yourself with confidence, charm and good humor. Minor imperfections seem unimportant when you have a good personality. And if people are going to judge you based on your nose then they obviously are too shallow too see the great person you are. Don't let it make you bitter or depressed just move on to the next person. Me, I have an underbite. I considered having it surgically corrected, but it is part of who I am. I came to realize that some girls don't like boys like me, but some girls do.

not having a boyfriend has nothing to do with your nose. i've seen boys going out with girls who don't look very attractive at all, but they have a great personality and that's why they like them. try to enhance your eyes or lips to keep attention away from your nose. good luck! and always remember, you're beautiful and nobody can ever tell you otherwise

try doing really dark kind emo/smoky eyes to draw attention away from your nose or you could wear really bright lipsick or something [this only works if you are over 14 other wise you look like a slut and you will most likey get in heaps of trouble of your parents]

You are crazy. I have this friend that is very beautiful, I mean beautiful. And she has a big nose.
It's even kind of crooked, but it makes her beautiful.
Don't be so hard on yourself.
