Count on it. The playoffs were no fluke. Hasek is getting slower and it's starting to show. Injuries could still bring him down long before the season ends.

When you refer to his goalie stil as "Flip Flopping" im sure you didnt know this:

When dominik was 8 or 9 he had this weird thing in his legs, they were jittery and always moving and like hyper if that makes sence, so his parents took him to the doctor and they did tests on him and finally told them that its just the way he is, theres nothing that they can do about it, when hasek got into hockey he discovered the weird things what happenes to his legs actually pays off, and look where he is now, in the NHL, Saving goals like a fish.

Can you imagine being born and growing up with legs you like cant control cause they are like all hyper and stuff?

objective tending proper now's Detroit's weak spot, yet i might have faith Osgood until now Hasek anyday. It grow to be painful to observe the day ahead of this, i grow to be just about in tears. He even knew he sucked at the two those performs.

The last time he pulled the groin it was a 90% tear. The doctors gave him a groin transfusion. Somewhere in the Cech Republic there is a 23 year old that had his groins taken in the night. Dom is going until he is 52 because he has groins of steal.

I've known Dominik a long time, and his love for the game will keep him playing a long time.

Last year
2nd in goals against average
1st in winning percentage amongst goalies with 10+ wins
2nd in shutouts
13th in Save Percentage

All at the age of 42

As long as he's still got it, and someone wants him, he'll play.

I think he has refound his passion for the game in Detroit and will stay until he simply cannot perform. Let's face it, Detroit has no depth in net and no prospects ready to step into goal anytime soon. There wasn't a single #1 goalie available in free agency nor will there be anytime soon.

he almost retired this year, if he has any respect for his legacy he'll retire the second this season ends.
