That's a hard blank to fill. The man wears a football or some type of helmet to protect his head from trauma on a daily basis. I would just say that Crackhead Bob B is a long term crackhead who has lost all sense of reality and needs the helmet to protect him from what are normally usual things in life (like chairs, tables, trees, sidewalks, other people, etc). Poor crackhead bob. Maybe we could hold an intervention for him? Anyone in for it?
