I would also love some party themes and ideas.

It won't happen. However, you could ask your parents to be less intrusive during the party, that is, to stay in another room and only check on you and your friends once in a while. You might also ask a younger, hipper uncle or aunt or older cousin or sibling--someone your parents trust--to help out with the supervising.

I thought Halloween itself was enough of a theme--you know, scary stuff, haunted house--but you might go with a country harvest theme as well. You might also try a gothic churchy theme, with Celtic crosses, tombstones, cathedral decor, and so forth.

At 13 the words "Unsupervised" and "Party" should never be used in the same sentence. Sorry, plenty of time for that when you are in college, or married, or after you join a convent!
