To go to an outdoor concert, where bands such as marky ramone and nine inch nails will be playing, with her friends? As long as she's home by 11?

of course she should be allowed, as long as she like the band, it doesn't matter what kind of band it is. you cant just tell her no just because its a band that you think is not good for her. you'd rather let her go and have her come back by 11 than she sneak out and come back at 1/2am.

Definitley not.

You and you're friends are too young be trusted.

What will your friends do if you get hurt in the mash pit? How do you know they'll even be able to find you, let alone carry you out? I've been to some pretty crazy scenes, and I don't think going to a concert with your underage friends is a good idea.
