I think it can. But to get the best answer is talk to your doctor. He will tell you the best answer for that. But for my opinion is that it may cause problems with pregnancy.

When ovarian cancer is diagnosed, generally the ovaries and uterus are removed, thry preventing pregnancy. Some women, prior to this surgery, do have eggs retrieved and frozen to be used in surrogates at a later date. Ovarian cancer is one of the more serious cancers. Please read about it below:
