Semi-Retired Rider - Hands down Ricky Carmichael - has shattered every record there was in the Outdoor class and is only second to Jeremy McGrath in overall victorys in SX's

RC has 151 total AMA (Supercross and Motocross) victories.

No one will ever beat that.

Current rider - James Stewart. He will eventually be champ year after year too but he wont come close to RC's accomplishments.

depending on the era.
Now, Ricky Carmichael. He is hands down the best ever....with 15 ama titles to his credit, and a ton of amature titles as well.....never lost an ama title in his defense, 2 perfect seasons......the list goes on and on.......

some will argue that Stefan Everts from Belgium is the best too. Everts has won a record 10 world motocross championships, but has never won here in america....

some will argue that Roger DeCoster was the best. Roger was the best european rider back in the late 70's. He has won 5 world titles.....

But the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) is Carmichael.......PERIOD!
