your body belongs to him but if you say no he should respect you enough to leave you alone. even with you being married you still the the right to say no, it is when he forces himself on you that it is rape.

Yes, there is a such thing. The lady down the street is right.
It doesn't matter if you're married to the guy or not. It takes 2
to make love, it takes only 1 to rape.

It depends on the laws of the state you live in. Everyone on here says No means no and they would be right. Trouble is the laws of the separate states don't always agree with that.
It is extremely hard to prove that a spouse was raped by the other spouse and in some cases nearly impossible.

That is BULL. Your body is yours to share, it's not his because you're married.
Yes, there is marital rape. It's when a husband forces himself on his wife when she doesn't want it. Forceful penetration of any sort when a woman doesn't want it is rape. Force onto a man can also be considered rape, although the view isn't popular.

yes marital rape does exist. ur body will never belong to anyone but u. u can give ur body to him and take it from him whenever u want. just like there is spousal abuse, there is marital rape. even if he is ur husband if he forces u by hitting and yelling or overpowering when u say no, it is marital rape.

Of course there is such a thing. Sex is between two CONSENTING adults. If you say no, that means no. It works both ways. If he says no, that means no. I think your hubby should think of a valid reason why he thinks he 'owns' you?

If your husband forces you to have sex with him when you don't want it then it is rape. It doesn't matter if you are married or not. If you say no then he has to accept that and that's that.
