Try a google search for free boat plans. Also there are a lot of books out there with boat plans already in them. If you already know something about how a boat goes together then all you need is a set of lines. does this thing need to float? You could also make your own plans but you will need to know something about how to draw. The old time way is to carve a half model out of wood and get your lines from that. you only need one half of the hull because the two sides are mirror images of each other. Some books you might try are "Skiffs and Schooners" by Pete culler or there are a lot of books by William and /or John Atkin that have plans in them. "Boat Building" by Howard Chapelle is a real good one that has plans. Also Dynamite Payson Has a book about building boat models that may be helpful. Try the library. Have fun.
