i have a 2004 cbr 1000rr and it wont shift past 3rd...once in 3rd and try to go to 4th it will click but wont go into 4th or above.....

yup...i see a transmission overhaul in yer future. get out the checkbook, it's gonna require coinage.

what do you mean when you say it won't go into 4th or above? does it just stay in third or does it start grinding like you missed a shift? if you shift right from third to 5th does it go in? if the first case you should inspect the shifter linkage and try adjusting it... if you are consistently missing the shift you probably have a transmission problem.
