Usually every week and half to two weeks. If you don't change your sheets regularly all sorts of nasties can commune in your bed! GROSS! I can't sleep thinking about that. It's a bloody chore though isn't it.

Ususally onece a week unless something I don't want gets on my bed. I changed my bedding once cuz a spider was on it.

Once a week usually. If I won the Lotto, I would have fresh, crisp, white sheets every day. I could do it now but it would be slavery providing that service for myself. So, I rough it!

Every other week...we shower before bed so I figure the sheets stay cleaner :o) But if it is hot...I'll change them more often!

i'm sure once a week would suffice but the idea of bed bugs freak me out! but the matress needs to air so that the bed bugs die - then i vacuum it!

every sunday is bed changing day....... unless i have reason 2 do it before then (an no i dont mean if i pee the bed) i mean if other messes occur!!! lol
